Since 1986, Four Winds has played a valuable role in the local community. We are proud of the superb reputation we have built for providing nursing, rehabilitation, and memory care in a supportive and caring environment. We know we’re providing care to our families, friends, and neighbors and that knowledge is at the heart of everything we do.
Our team of professionals at Four Winds has developed a wide array of specialized services to complement our long term nursing care and to better meet the changing needs of our residents. Fast Track Rehab is our signature short-term rehab program designed for patients after a hospitalization for an elective surgery, illness, or injury. Apple Ridge Memory Care is a secure and structured program for those individuals dealing with Alzheimer’s Disease and related memory disorders. We also offer our Choice Dining program, highlighted by chef-prepared meals with a buffet style dining experience.
